TRAINERS TIP: LIFTING HEAVY.... ladies, yep guys too, but this is especially for that gals. Lately there's been a lot of gals going for the #heavyweights , and I'm totally for it. BUT, SERIOUSLY, SOME OF YOU ARE REALLY GOING TO GET YOURSELF FREAKEN BADLY HURT. Here's the deal, it's pretty cool to do all the latest moves you're checking out on YOUTUBE, but to go heavy, without knowing and doing the proper form is really working up to a major injury in your future. And just because it LOOKS COOL, doesn't mean it's good for you, or it will work for you. Go easy, think before you try something new, do your homework, get a really good book on exercise, and MAKE SURE BEFORE YOU LOAD THOSE HEAVIES AND THROW THEM SUCKERS BACK, YOU'RE WEARING A BELT, and if need be you GOT A GOOD SPOTTER HELPING YOU OUT THAT KNOWS WHAT HE/SHE IS DOING, not your guy or some gym rat that's acting like he's all that and trying to pick you up, but don't got a clue. Another important element is PLEASE CHECK YOUR EQUIPMENT, MAKE SURE IT'S SAFE, NOT DAMAGED, OR TOO OLD TO WORK PROPERLY. Sure it may be in the gym, but that doesn't mean it works and is safe for you to use. Remember the #waiver you signed, well than, you got the message. LIKE THE SAYING GOES #STOP #LOOK #LISTEN same applies here.
