For some of you, you've already given up a long time ago on your New Years Resolutions, and have already accepted defeat when it comes to your weight loss, body fat, or health and fitness goals in general. Hey, to be honest I don't blame you, I've been there, done that. That's why this sister don't ever make those dam resolutions or any resolution for that matter.
What I do, do, is create a life agenda, that I can constantly follow & stay focus on. Some people in the health and fitness business would disagree, and say you have to create short term goals and this and that, and toot, why, but for me after years of struggling with the marketed fitness plan, I just knew it wouldn't work, and hasn't worked, so I kicked it to the curb and found what resonated to my life beliefs, what gave me joy, satisfaction, lifted my spirits and made me LIVE.
By finding my personal rhythm, I found what my body needed, worked well with, and GUESS WHAT BY LISTENING TO MY INNER GPS, I automatically started to succeed on all levels.
I just wanted to take time out to say, DON'T BE SO DAM HARD ON YOURSELF, it's not you, really, it's the fitness lifestyle marketing program, BUST IT, find your love for life, health, wellness, and you'll be lead down a path that will support your needs, and desires. Health is who you are, just trust, don't add more stress on your shoulders, by being unrealistic, REMEMBER LIFE HAPPENS, keep it simple, and it will all fall into place. Much ALOHA ~ PK
